EMBEDDED
Entire company or large business unit
FRACTIONAL HEAD OF PRODUCT
Similar to Transformation engagement model - but embedded within the team as manager of an existing set of Product Managers.
Useful where no leader exists to either build, scale or transform the product organization at the company. Build towards finding the right person to continue long term.
More active role in shaping product strategy with the executive team.
Requires other roles in the company ready to collaborate and deliver the product.
